day: thirty five (weigh-in)

well folks it's that time of the week; my fifth weigh-in since i started my "quest".

first, my measurements taken last week at the same time of day:

Body Weight: 187.4 lbs
Chest: 21 mm
Waist: 23 mm
Thigh: 23 mm

Body Fat: 18.9%
Lean Mass: 151.98 lbs
Fat Mass: 35.42 lbs

and now for this week's results:

Body Weight: 186.2 lbs
Chest: 21 mm
Waist: 21 mm
Thigh: 21 mm

Body Fat: 17.8%
Lean Mass: 153.06 lbs
Fat Mass: 33.14 lbs

i lost 2.28 lbs of fat and gained 1.08 lbs of muscle! things slowed down this week, probably due in part to not being as rigorous on my diet as previously (read: weekend). i've got to focus on that this week.

my weights:

Leg Presses - 220 lbs (+150)
Leg Curls - 105 lbs (+35)
Calf Raises - 110 lbs (+55)
Abdominal Crunches - 110 lbs (+70)
Lower Back - 65 lbs (+5)
Tricep Pressdown - 60 lbs (+30)
Barbell Curls - 50 lbs (+20)
Lat Pulldown - 90 lbs (+30)
Lateral Raises - 12.5 lbs (+2.5)
Bench Press - 110 lbs (+45)

thus far, i've lost 21.40 lbs of body fat and gained 5.6 lbs of muscle.
