first, my measurements taken last week at the same time of day:

and now for this week's results:

Body Fat: 17.5%
Lean Mass: 152.96 lbs
Fat Mass: 32.45 lbs
i lost
.69 lbs of fat and lost
.10 lbs of muscle. bad dieting on thursday. had too many days in between workouts as well. need to buckle down.
my weights:
Leg Presses - 235 lbs (+165)
Leg Curls - 110 lbs (+40)
Calf Raises - 120 lbs (+65)
Abdominal Crunches - 90 lbs (+50)*
Lower Back - 75 lbs (+15)
Tricep Pressdown - 70 lbs (+40)
Barbell Curls - 55 lbs (+25)
Lat Pulldown - 100 lbs (+40)
Lateral Raises - 12.5 lbs (+2.5)
Bench Press - 115 lbs (+50)
* decreased weight because i felt like i was straining too much and not actually working the muscles out well.
thus far, i've lost
22.10 lbs of body fat and gained
5.49 lbs of muscle.
